A new name and website is replacing The West Suburban Creative Arts Council (WSCAC ), which was incorporated in the 1970's as a non-profit. Maintaining the WSCAC non-profit status was becoming very cumbersome for the smaller organization. WSCAC is disbanding as a non-profit. |
